Alexander Nekristov becomes head of Yessentuki city administration

The City Council of Yessentuki has elected Alexander Nekristov as the new head of the city. He previously held the post of the first deputy head of the administration. He was elected by 24 out of 26 members. 

"Your decision is not only about creditworthiness, but also an assessment of my experience, knowledge, and working style. I will try to justify your confidence,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
