Aliyev and Erdogan discuss future work of Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Aghdam

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, held a telephone conversation. The leaders discussed the future activities of the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring centre in Agdam,  the press service of the Azerbaijani leader reported, specifying that the purpose of the centre is to ensure long-term peace.

In addition, the Azerbaijani leader informed his Turkish counterpart about the reconstruction of the territories liberated from the occupation, "expressing satisfaction with the active participation of Turkish companies in this process."
