Turkmenistan has blocked access to all Russian news portals and websites of federal TV channels of the Russian Federation, the Tajik portal Asia-Plus informs.
In particular, TASS, RIA Novosti, RBC and the websites of federal TV channels were blocked. According to local journalists, a few days ago there was access to the sites, but now it is impossible to visit them even via mobile applications.
Earlier, news websites of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, as well as services of foreign banks and payment systems were blocked in Turkmenistan. In addition, new apps cannot be downloaded from the App Store and access to VPN services is limited.
