To date an assembly and decoration stands for 5 100 seats, the decoration of the Historical Museum, the facade of the GUM department store and the Place of Skulls have been finished, the multimedia screen has been mounted, the road has been marked with guides to pass on the Red Square technique and foot columns’’. A mobile TV stations have been installed to arrange the live broadcast.
