Law-enforcement officers have detained a man in Sevastopol who, according to investigators, may have committed several murders of women in the period from 2009 to 2015 on the territory of the Nakhimov, Lenin and Gagarin districts of the city, an official representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin stated.
"The suspect was arrested on January 21st with the assistance of operational services. He was a resident of Sevastopol, born in 1981, an employee of the construction sector. He has a family, two children, but was not brought to criminal responsibility earlier,'' Tass cites Markin as saying.
