A supporter of a terrorist group, who was preparing a terrorist attack in a public place, detained in Mineralnyie Vody. 

In Mineralnyie Vody, a man was detained on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack, the message of the FSB, distributed on April 20, reads.

The detainee is a supporter of the ISIS terrorist group (banned in the Russian Federation).

According to preliminary information, he was preparing a terrorist attack in a public place on behalf of the emissaries of the group, who are in one of the Middle Eastern countries.
