Almost the half of the inhabitants of Russia's largest cities will celebrate New Year at home, according to a survey conducted by the research holding ‘Romir’.
43% of respondents reported about such plans. In January this was reported by 47% of respondents.
The number of those celebrating the holiday in the countryside or by visiting relatives or friends has increased from 30 to 36%.
The number of those celebrating New Year by travelling has also increased to 18% compared to 15% in January. Half of them will journey in Russia.
