Turkey's Armed Forces killed 7016 terrorists in 2017, according to the annual report on the country's fight against terrorism.
According to the report, 7016 terrorists were killed last year in security operations, of whom 3777 were members of ISIS and 3,239 were members of the PKK.
399 anti-terror air operations were also conducted against the PKK targets in northern Iraq.
"439,195 people were caught trying to illegally cross Turkish borders," the Daily Sabah cited the report as saying.
Reporting on its fight against the Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ), the TSK said 9236 people were discharged, while 5399 were arrested.
