The Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, reported that the annual precipitation rate in Anapa and Temryuk fell in 24 hours.
”Over 24 hours, both Anapa and Temryuk were flooded with annual rainfall,” he said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a video conference on liquidation of the consequences of flooding and forest fires in the Russian Federation.
