In Dagestan, the working group of the Khasavyurt District Anti-Terrorism Commission held a meeting with two residents of the republic who had previously served their sentences for involvement in terrorist crimes.
The press service of the administration of the municipality reported that the first meeting was held in the village of Novogagatli with citizen Alibegov. Alibegov said he regrets about the past. He admitted his mistakes and repented in accordance with the law. Currently, he has a family and works on the construction site.
