The Armenian authorities don't rule out that in 2016 Russia may extradite Hrachya Harutyunyan, who is currently serving a sentence, as he has been recognized as guilty for an accident in which 18 people were killed.
"Harutyunyan appealed to the Ministry of Justice, and it is possible that next year Russia will extradite him to Armenia,'' the head of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan said, RIA Novosti reports.
