Political will and effective measures are needed to normalize relations between Turkey and Armenia, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said to the Greek newspaper Kathimerini.
"The Armenian side has repeatedly demonstrated both, and we expect the same from Turkey," the minister underlined.
He recalled that in order to normalise relations the two countries have appointed special representatives who have already held four meetings in Vienna. Their goal is to achieve the opening of borders and the establishment of diplomatic relations.
