The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, Sergey Avetisyan, discussed the avenues for shifting night-time-hour flights in Armenia with representatives of the airlines that operate in Armenia.
The representatives of the airlines substantiated the need for night-time flights in terms of convenient connections for transit flights. They said that if night-time flights in Armenia are changed, transit passengers will have to wait in airports for other flights.
As a result, the interlocutors conferred on the possibility of conducting more frequent daytime flights in Armenia, which the representatives of the aforementioned airlines will discuss with their head offices, NEWS.am reports.
The parties underscored the need to ensure favorable conditions for tourists visiting Armenia.
