Armenia's Criminal Court of Appeal denied the appeal by the attorneys of former Minister of Finance and ex-Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan against the decision to arrest him.
As a result, Khachatryan will remain in custody.
He is accused of large-scale misuse and abuse of official power when he was in office, News.am reported.
