Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan announced his resignation today.
"Ombudsman thanks all the partners for their cooperation, expressing hope that the protection of human rights will remain a priority of our state and society", - 'News Armenia' cited the post on his official Facebook page.
At the same time it is specified that there will be no other comments on this issue.
