Armenian court refuses to arrest Sergei Mironov

A Yerevan court rejected the petition by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia with respect to arresting the Russian citizen Sergei Mironov.

Sergei Mironov was detained at the Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan on August 26.
