The 'No' organization will have a single headquarters, which will be formed by representatives of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) and the People's Party of Armenia (PPA). The composition and structure of the joint headquarters will be presented in the coming days, the press service of the ANC reports.
The decision to join forces and resources with the PPA was made today at a meeting of the board of the ANC on the eve of the referendum on the constitutional changes that will take place on December 6.
