Armenian police demand barricades in Yerevan be removed

The Armenian law enforcement bodies intend to resume traffic on the currently-blocked Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, and have demanded that the demonstrators remove objects blocking the traffic on the Avenue.

The actions of law-enforcement officers will not be directed at stopping the protest, as long as it does not continue on the roadway, the police said.
