Arsen Alakaev becomes head of Nalchik administration

The Council of Local Authorities of Nalchik and members of the competition committee have taken the decision to appoint Arsen Alakaev as head of the city administration. It was reported that this decision was taken unanimously.

The official was born in 1960 in Tyrnyauz. He was a candidate of legal sciences. He started working in the government in 1993. From January 2014 to August 2015 he was a deputy head of the administration of the head of Kabardino-Balkaria.
