WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange criticized the election campaign of Hillary Clinton, calling it a hysteria about Russia.
"The allegations by the Clinton campaign that everyone is a Russian agent are really disturbing," Assange said.
"She's palled up with the neocons responsible for the Iraq War and she's grabbed on to this sort of neo-McCarthyist hysteria about Russia, and is using that to demonize the Trump campaign," the Week cited him as saying.
"The Trump campaign has a lot of things wrong with it," Assange said, "but as far as we can see being Russian agents is not one of them."
He noted "if we have good information on Trump, we publish that. If we have good information on Hillary and the Democrats, we publish that".
