Astana hosting SCO+ summit with participation of Aliyev and Erdogan

The SCO+ summit has kicked off in Astana with the participation of its member countries, observer states and dialogue partners.

The summit is attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev, Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as Chinese President Xi Jinping.

In addition, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, heads of the EEC, CSTO, EAEU, CICA and the CIS arrived in Astana to attend the SCO+ summit.

Participants of the event will discuss issues of cooperation between the organization and partner countries and observers .

Before the start of the summit, the leaders posed for a group photo. An official lunch was hosted in honor of the participants.
