The father of an Armenian war prisoner, Khachatur Vardanyan, accused the republican government of violating the country's Constitution.
According to him, the Armenian servicemen must serve only on the territory of the country. "The government had no right to send our soldiers outside Armenia. This is a direct violation of the Constitution. This is the government’s crime," he said.
Khachatur Vardanyan added that this is a reason why the Armenian servicemen cannot return home.
