At the economic forum, which is currently taking place in St. Petersburg, representatives of the authorities of Azerbaijan and Dagestan raised the issue of improving the North-South international transport corridor. It is reported that a meeting has taken place between the head of the government of Dagestan, Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Mustafayev.
The Azerbaijani side noted the positive development of joint work on this project.

The press service noted that an agreement was signed between Dagestan and Azerbaijan on the development of cooperation in various areas last year. The agreements are now being successfully implemented. The cooperation plan will be valid until 2025.
