Russia has agreed on the mutual recognition with Azerbaijan on the system of automobile insurance Green Card, the Compulsory Insurers’ Bureau’s executive director Elkhan Guliyev said.
The negotiations with the Russian side have dragged out because of the politicization of the issue relating to occupied Azerbaijani territories.
"Last week, the Russian side made a decision on the mutual recognition of Green Card with Azerbaijan, and the agreement with them will be signed in the coming days," abc.az cited Guliyev as saying.
