Azerbaijan and Russia's Tyumen region have signed a memorandum on development of bilateral relationships in the sphere of tourism for the next three years.
The document was signed by the Azerbaijan Tourism Association (AzTA) and the Regional Association of Tyumen Travel Organizations within the 23rd international exhibition 'Travel and Tourism' held in Moscow, abc.az reports.
The parties will draw each other to participate in conferences, seminars, meetings, exhibitions, internships and other activities, cooperate in the development and implementation of projects aimed at promoting of mutually profitable tourism activity, assist each other in establishing business relations and developing cooperation between tourist companies.
In addition, the memorandum envisages joint work in such areas as organization of effective cooperation within tourism development activities, cooperation in the field of exchange of experience on development of tourism activities, exchange of information on issues of tourist activity.
