President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree appointing Leyla Abdullayeva as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to France.
Earlier, she served as head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
