Azerbaijan has detected 980 new COVID-19 cases, 309 patients have recovered and 12 patients have died, according to the Operational Headquarters under Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers.
Up until now, 241,651 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country, 231,379 of them have recovered, and 3,398 people have died.
Currently, 6,683 people are under treatment in special hospitals.
