Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian held a positive and constructive meeting in Vienna yesterday, the spokesman of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hikmet Hajiyev, said.
According to him, during the meeting of the ministers, "intensive and concrete discussions were held on the existing proposals in connection with the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict".
"In continuation the intensive and substantive negotiations, an agreement was reached to hold a meeting at the level of foreign ministers in the second half of January 2018," Hajiyev stressed, adding that Mammadyarov assessed the meeting as positive and constructive.
