Azerbaijan and several Chinese companies signed agreements aimed at developing renewable energy sources in the country, the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan reported.
The documents were concluded during COP29 in Baku.
Under the signed agreements, Chinese companies will invest in the implementation of renewable energy projects in Azerbaijan as well as the establishment of a Research and Development Center focused on this sector in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
