Azerbaijan to present Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project to China next year

Next year, Azerbaijan will hold a presentation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project in China. This was announced today by Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev at a meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ercan Ozoral.

"Opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is a historic event," head of the Economy Ministry noted.

According to him, this route will allow countries to expand their transport links and create new economic opportunities.
