A delegation of the Milli Majlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan will leave for Russia on Monday to participate in the election monitoring in connection with the presidential elections on 18 March, the press service of the parliament reported.
The delegation will include the first deputy chairman of Milli Majlis, chairman of the Committee on Defense, Security and Fighting Corruption Ziyafet Askerov and deputy Rauf Aliyev.
