Baku, Tbilisi, Kiev and Astana agree on preferential tariffs for Trans-Caspian route

Heads of CJSC Azerbaijani Railways Javid Gurbanov, Kazakhstan Railways Askar Mamin, Georgian Railway Mamuka Bakhtadze and Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrainian Railways Alexander Zavgorodny have signed a protocol that introduces preferential tariffs for cargo transportation on the Trans-Caspian international transport route.

The ceremony was also attended by the general director of the Baku International Trade Seaport Taleh Ziyadov and the head of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company Rauf Veliyev, Trend reports.
