The meeting between the Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia within the framework of the activities of their state commissions on border delimitation has kicked off in Gazakh, the office of Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan reported.
Earlier, the parties had agreed that the meeting will be held on November 30.
