 Baku holds second Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council Meeting

The second meeting of the Advisory Board of the Southern Gas Corridor started in Baku today. It is attended by the delegations led by the energy ministers of Southern Gas Corridor member countries – Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Greece, Albania, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. It is assumed that the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will address the meeting.

In the meeting will participate also  The Vice-President for the Energy Union Maros Sefcovic, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, the Special Envoy at the Bureau of Energy Resources, US Department of State, Amos Hochstein, will also attend the meeting, 1news.az reports.

Three plenary sessions and a round table will be held as part of the meeting, following which the joint declaration will be signed, the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan said.
