Ban Ki-moon: "Turkey-EU agreement will determine migrants' destiny in Europe"

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said that the implementation of the Turkey – EU agreement will be a key factor in solving the migration crisis in Europe.

"We highly appreciate the fact that, despite the difficult socio-economic challenges, many leaders of countries demonstrate compassion and leadership. We need solutions on the basis of shared responsibility. The main thing is this agreement. To be more exact, its implementation,'' the Secretary General said, adding that the extension of ways for legal migration of refugees who try to escape from repressions and threats to Europe is one of the ways to solve the migration crisis, Tass reports.
