Bangladeshi police say there were no Russians on crashed An-26

The Bangladeshi Police have denied information that Russians or Ukrainians were on board the An-26 transport plane that crashed in the Bay of Bengal.

A representative of the law enforcement agencies of the town of Cox’s Bazar told RIA Novosti that all the crew members were citizens of Bangladesh.

Russia’s Consul General in Chittagong Oleg Boyko said that the An-26 transport plane had four Ukrainian crew members on board.

The An-26 transport plane with four pilots on board crashed off the coast of Bangladesh. Two members of the crew were found and sent to hospital, but one of them died.
