Bankrupt businessman seizes bank office in Moscow

A drunk man has seized a bank office in the center of Moscow. 

According to preliminary information, the attacker is a bankrupt businessman from Moscow, a law enforcement source informs.

Earlier, a man owned an enterprise that produced of medical products, in particular, first aid kits, and now he demands "to create an institute of bankruptcy of physical persons,’’ Tass reports.

According to the latest reports, there are three employees in the bank office now. Earlier, three hostages were released. Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, head of the Moscow police Anatoliy Yakunin and fighters of Rosgvardii are at the scene now.

Later in the negotiations were attended personally by Anatoly Yakunin, Chief of the Interior Ministry in Moscow.
