A ceremony has today been held to present “Heydar Aliyev” Order to President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the event, and then presented “Heydar Aliyev” Order to Lukashenko, Trend reports.
The President of the Republic of Belarus made a speech after that.
