Italy's Former Prime Minister, former AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi and football player Paolo Maldini congratulated Kakha Kaladze with a convincing victory in Tbilisi mayoral elections.
According to the press service of the Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia party, in a telephone conversation Silvio Berlusconi wished successes to Kakha Kaladze in his future career and expressed hope that he will become a special mayor of Tbilisi.
According to the country's Central Electoral Commission, the Georgian Dream candidate Kakha Kaladze won 51.06% of the vote.
