U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the United States would prefer a "more stable and predictable relationship" with Russia.
"We would prefer a more stable, predictable relationship with Russia and, indeed, President Biden has made that clear to President Putin," Blinken said in the interview with ICTV.
The U.S. secretary of state expressed hope that "Russia understands that our preference would be for a more stable, predictable relationship," adding that ultimately that is up to Russia, by its actions or non-actions.
