Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien will visit Azerbaijan, the US State Department's press service reports.
The Department said O'Brien was scheduled to hold talks with senior government officials in Baku.
In addition to this, he will note progress in US-Azerbaijani relations. O'Brien will also emphasize US support for the signing of a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan.
