The feisty feline feud between the pets of Westminster continues to rage as Larry the Downing Street cat and his arch-nemesis Palmerston, who belongs to staff at the Foreign Office, clashed in another violent showdown.
Larry was seen exchanging vicious blows with Palmerston on the steps outside No10 during the latest bout in their ongoing war today. Larry lost his purple collar in the process, with Palmerston suffering a number of deep scratches from his Westminster rival.
This is not the first time Larry has been involved in feline skirmishes and he has a history of troubled relations with his neighbours, the Daily Mail reports.
