Bodies of Russian climbers evacuated to Russia from Kyrgyzstan

The bodies of three Russian climbers, who died in the Batken region of Kyrgyzstan, are brought to Russia, a spokesperson of the Russian Mountaineering Federation, Marina Sivokon, said.

Three Russian mountain climbers died in the Karavshin Gorge on July 30, TASS reports.

The helicopters of the air defense forces of Kyrgyzstan were used for evacuation of bodies of Russian climbers who died near the Lenin Peak. The General Staff of Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan said it air defense forces provide assistance to rescue services in rescue and evacuation of affected and deceased citizens.
