The commander-in-chief of the Air Space Forces of Russia, Colonel-General Viktor Bondarev, stated that during the operation in Syria, Russia has never inflicted strikes on civilian facilities.
"We never missed, never attacked schools, hospitals or mosques," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
According Bondarev, the plan of operations has been thoroughly laid out and the interaction has been worked out with the Syrian leadership.
