Russia has lost the opportunity to participate in the PACE as Moscow didn't send the required documents, the chairman of the Assembly Anne Brasseur said. The corresponding message was posted on the PACE website.
"Yesterday I received a message from the Chairman of the Federation Council and the Chairman of the State Duma where I was informed about the decision of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation not to provide documents about the Russian delegation to the PACE by the opening session on January 25th," Interfax cites her as saying.
