British ambassador regrets that Armenia didn't allow co-rapporteur of PACE to visit Nagorno-Karabakh

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Irfan Siddig has expressed regret that the Armenian authorities refused to allow the representative of PACE Robert Walter to visit Nagorno-Karabakh. 

It is worth noting that Walter is an official PACE rapporteur on the escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied Azerbaijani lands by Armenia.
