Brussels doubts in Ankara’s conscientiousness

Today the newspaper London Guardian published an article, which sets out the views of the European officials regarding the upcoming EU-Turkey summit, dedicated to addressing the migration issues. The European politicians have expressed doubts that Ankara will fulfill those obligations that will be imposed on the state in a bilateral agreement on the resolution of the migration crisis.

Among these obligations is the impenetrability of the sea border between Turkey and Greece, for which Ankara will receive 3 billion euros from Brussels. "Policy makers in Brussels and in the capitals of the EU countries are experiencing an extreme skepticism towards the deal with authoritarian President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, whose government is generally regarded as a serial violator of human rights,’’  the newspaper wrote.
