A Turkish vessel is in distress 70 miles east of the Bulgarian city of Varna in the Black Sea. A rescue operation is being carried out by the naval and air forces of Bulgaria, the press service of the Defense Ministry of the country reports.
There are 14 people on board the ship. The causes of the disaster and the details of what is happening are not known yet.
