"The wounds are deep, and one can hope for reconciliation only if all interested parties look to the future, and the territorial integrity on the basis of international law is no longer questioned by any of the parties," the politician said.
On April 20, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, speaking during the PACE spring session, said that undermining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states is contrary to European values, she cited Nagorno-Karabakh as an example.
