A counterterrorism operation regime (CTO) introduced this morning in three villages of the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan has been cancelled, as well as in the area between them, a representative of the Operational Headquarters of the National Anti-terrorism Committee in Dagestan reports.
The CTO regime operated in the region from 06:30 MSK. During the raid the security forces killed four militants involved in the murder of the imam of the mosque in the village of New Kurush on September 9th.
